WFCA Plc's goal is to become the UK's largest regional agency and in the national top 20 agencies.
WFCA is positioned as a 'London Agency not in London'. This has the benefit of offering clients a full service, integrated marketing offering at more competitive rates, by being in a lower cost location.
WFCA will continue to strengthen its full service offering to clients. The management expect significant growth from online marketing and will seek to develop this area of the business.
To aid the growth of WFCA's full service offering the company intends to make bolt-on acquisitions that can provide additional specialised services. In addition the management believes there is a strong growth opportunity in creating a national network of advertising agencies, and as such is looking to acquire businesses in strategic geographic locations.
