Ekay PLC ("Ekay" or the "Company") the full service advertising agency specialising in the SME market, announces the appointment of Mike Lording as Company Secretary, replacing Stuart Cumberland, effective immediately.
The Company also announces that its registered office address has changed to The Maltings, 53-54 Bath Street, Gravesend, Kent DA11 0DF.
