Board Changes

Ekay plc, (AIM: EKY.L), a leading regional advertising and marketing agency, is pleased to announce the appointment on 1 July 2008 of Stephen Latter ("Steve") to the Board of Directors as Group Financial Director.

Steve (aged 51) has worked for twenty years in the international media sector, primarily within the Aegis Group, occupying both domestic and central Chief Financial Officer roles within Asia and Europe focussing on mergers and acquisitions, regional development, regional management and international client servicing.

The Company further announces that Michael Lording, Financial Director has, with immediate effect, resigned from the Board and will leave the Company on 31st July. The Company wishes him well for the future.

Director Shareholding:

Steve currently holds no ordinary shares in the Company but following his appointment he has been granted 1,000,000 Options in the Company at an exercise price of 6p per Ordinary Share and which will vest on 1 July 2010.
