Result of General Meeting

At today's GM of Ekay plc ('Ekay' or the 'Company'), the AIM-listed advertising and marketing agency, resolutions were proposed relating to the acquisition of WFCA Integrated Ltd ('WFCA'), a reduction of the Company's share capital, an increase in the Company's borrowing powers and the allotment of equity securities by the directors.
The Company is pleased to announce that all ordinary and special resolutions were duly passed and as a result of this approval, it is expected that completion of the acquisition of WFCA Integrated Limited ('WFCA') will take place on Friday 4 April following the admission of the VCT Placing Shares on Thursday 3 April and the Non VCT Placing Shares on Friday 4 April.
