Total Voting Rights

In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Ekay plc (AIM: EKY.L) notifies the market of the following:
The issued share capital of the Company consists of 157,092,175 Ordinary Shares of 1p each with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
The above figure of 157,092,175 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
