Final Results and Notice of AGM

The Company is pleased to announce that it has today sent its Annual Report and Accounts to shareholders together with a Notice of General Meeting. The General Meeting will be held at Vale House, Clarence Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1HE on 3rd December 2009 at 12.00pm.
