Retirement of Director

Ekay PLC (“Ekay” or the “Company”) the full service advertising agency specialising in the SME market, announces that John McCormack, having reached the age of 65, will be retiring and that accordingly he has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr McCormack has been with Ekay for four years and was appointed Production Director in January 2002. He has played a pivotal role in the development of the Company and now, having reached retirement age, has decided to step away from his management position. He will however retain his links through an ongoing consultancy role.

Eddie Powell, Chief Executive, commented:

“We thank John for his contribution to the board and wish him well in his retirement. I am pleased that he has agreed to retain a link with us and will continue contributing to the growth of the business.”
