Directorate change

Ekay PLC ("Ekay" or the "Company") the full service advertising agency specialising in the SME market, announces the resignation of Stuart Cumberland as a Director of the Company. Mr. Cumberland's position as Part Time Finance Director will be assumed in a full time role by Mike Lording BA(Hons) FCCA effective immediately on an operational basis.

Mike Lording, who joined the Company in April 2007, was appointed Company Secretary on 1 June 2007. He has held the position of Interim Finance Director at the Dutch freight forwarder Frans Maas (UK) in 2006, Finance Director at independent telecoms operator T-Liaison 2003-5, and Finance Director for UK, West Europe & Asia at Telia International Carrier (Swedish national telecoms operator) 1999-2003.

Eddie Powell, Chief Executive, commented:

"We thank Stuart for his valuable contribution to the Company over the past 17 months since the Company admitted to AIM. The time has come when a full time Financial Director, in an operational capacity, is needed and we welcome Mr. Lording, who is making great strides with the integration of Wallace Barnaby and Campaign Management Associates Limited, as well as the other day-to-day requirements of ensuring the smooth running of the business."
